Keeping you and the community safe through COVID-19

We will continue offering in-person or Telehealth appointments for fully vaccinated clients aged 16 years and over.

Current vaccination status

  • For those clients 16 years and over who are not vaccinated, we can provide continuity of care through Telehealth sessions
  • For clients who have a medical exemption please contact us to discuss arrangements for your sessions
  • For clients under 16 years of age we will be offering in person and Telehealth appointments

Requirements for In-Person Attendance

  1. Scan QR Code
  2. Show green tick for vaccination status
  3. Use hand sanitiser upon entering reception area
  4. Do NOT attend if:
    • You have any signs of sickness including; cough, runny nose, sore threat, or high temperature
    • you have visited a hotspot within the last 14 days
    • you have been informed you are a casual or close contact
    • you have any reason to believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19

These requirements apply to parent, carer, or support workers who may attend with you. Please note you will be asked these questions on arrival and declined entry if any of the above apply. In these circumstances we are able to continue sessions with Telehealth.

As you are aware, our sessions are 50 minutes from the scheduled start time. Clinicians will be concluding all sessions at the 50 minutes from the scheduled start of the session to ensure there is appropriate time to wipe down areas within clinic rooms prior to the next client.

As we are located on a beautiful property, we will continue to take advantage of the open spaces and provide sessions outside where appropriate.

We understand there are potential risks for opting for in-person services and are seeking to minimise these through implementation of our COVID Safe Plan. Your acceptance of in-person attendance, is confirmation of your understanding of the potential risks which may be associated with in-person attendance.

Telehealth

Telehealth can be conducted via phone or video. These sessions follow our normal session format. For parents of children and adolescents, sessions can include a catch-up at the beginning and end of sessions.

We are experienced at utilising a number of different activities to encourage awareness and understanding particularly using innovative engagement with our younger clients. This may include the using of ‘whiteboard’ activities where both the clinician and client can add to the whiteboard, as well as using play based tools similar to in-person sessions. We can also conduct sessions using mediums such as Minecraft.
